Let’s “Make Do” with Blue Tarps
Times are tough – especially for us old folks. No Social Security increases were forthcoming because some government fool decided there was no inflation going on. Guess he never shopped for groceries or filled his own gas tank. Anyway, necessity stimulates imagination, and the blue tarp has popped up in unexpected places, sometimes with less-than-successful results. This might be an Idaho phenomenon, but my guess is that it’s probably pretty widespread.
